Expansion or establishment of District Gayam

In the Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government explicitly gives a broad autonomy to regional governments to administer and manage the interests and welfare of the community barbagai area.

Based on Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government and the Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2007 on Procedures for Formation, Removal and Regional Merger that the formation of basically aims to improve public services in order to accelerate the realization of welfare society. While the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 19 of 2008 in chapter 2 is said that the district was formed in districts / cities with regional regulation based on Government Regulation.

In Budget 2011, the Government will carry out assessments Bojonegoro bribery facilitating data and information supporting the process of regional enlargement Year 2011 (division district areas) in collaboration with the Research Centre for Conflict and Policy of UB's Faculty of Administrative Sciences (RCCP FIA_UB) Malang.

Goal 
- General Purpose

           The study of regional divisions of this district aims to obtain data balid, objective and accountable as well as other scientific sources in order to create improved quality of public services and quality of execution of government functions effectively and efficiently.

Special-purpose

• The achievement of assessments and assessment-related physical requirements covering territorial coverage, location, facilities and government infrastructure sera of other factors that enable the new district governments in the region.
• The achievement of service quality and service to the community approach, the quality of government functions and performance-based environmental balance and enhance the development of facilities-based local community empowerment.
• The achievement of socialization pmebentukan new districts in the region Bojonegoro.
